At Van der Valk Hotel Eindhoven we offer a unique F&B Management internship, where you get the chance to discover the world of hospitality in our vibrant hotel with four great F&B outlets!

WHAT YOU DO💪

As an F&B Management trainee, you will be the right hand of our Restaurant and Banqueting Manager. Together with them and the F&B Manager, you will manage our enthusiastic service team, consisting of shiftleaders, wait staff and apprentices. You will be responsible for:

Operational support: Together with your colleagues, you will divide tasks and monitor the progress and quality of work in our four F&B outlets: Brasserie Martinus, The Buffet, Ozzo Food & Drinks and our large conference centre.
Coaching and direction: You instruct and coach the team to be their best selves. You will be the point of contact on the floor, as well as during large events and conferences, co-managing rosters, recruitment and overall service.
Creative improvements: Use your innovative mind to take the F&B department to new heights, while always putting the guest experience first!

WHO YOU ARE😁

We are looking for a charismatic personality who can enthuse people and understands the value of hospitality. You have:

• A passion for F&B and Banqueting with excellent knowledge of these.
• A flexible attitude and a ‘24/7’ mentality.
• Creativity and decisiveness to take plans and organisation to the next level.
• Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
