WHAT YOU DO 💪

• You are responsible for the daily operations in the restaurant
• You greet guests courteously and hospitably
  
• You ensure that your colleagues enjoy being on the work floor
  
• You enjoy assisting the team with their work on the floor
• You conduct daily shift briefings
• You assist in keeping the operations manuals up-to-date
  
• You prevent, resolve, and handle complaints

Additionally, you will work on a management assignment determined in consultation with the hotel, depending on the length of your internship. This could involve projects such as waste management, staff scheduling, menu engineering, or performance reviews.
