As a Service & Success intern, you are the essential link between our internal staff, hotels, business guests, and partners. You will be responsible for managing multiple tasks simultaneously. With your ability to multitask, you ensure that each task is successfully completed.

WHAT YOU DO 💪

• You support the hotels with various systems, including the reservation system, the website, and the online check-in module.
• You handle guest inquiries about the gift card and our Valk Loyal program.
• You are the point of contact for our business guests and forward requests to our hotels.
• You assist in handling arrivals in our Valk Store.
