Are you a Finance person who approaches tasks in a systematic and structured manner in a systematic and structured manner in a dynamic environment? In that case Van der Valk is the perfect place for you.  In this internship position, you will gain insight into all aspects of the Finance department. Additionally, in consultation with the hotel and depending on the duration of your internship, we have interesting management-level assignments. These may include tasks such as digitizing the administration or optimizing management sheets.

WHAT YOU DO 💪

• Process purchase invoices and ensure timely payments
• Booking bank statements.
• Processing and booking income audits/cash books, including investigating any discrepancies
• Managing debtors through reminders and account creation, both via email and phone
• Documenting and inventorying work processes
• Assist the Finance Manager and Financial Controller in daily tasks

WHO YOU ARE 😁

• Structured.
• Proactive.
• You are pursuing a degree in Accountancy, Hotel Management, Finance & Control (Business Economics), or a similar field.
