As an intern in Social Media and Concept Development, you will play an important role in setting up and managing social media channels for various concepts. You will also work on the development of the concept ‘Van der Valk Huisjes,’ a new and innovative idea initiated by Van der Valk Hotel Volendam. This concept revolves around creativity, storytelling and integrating historical elements into a modern design.

• Setting up and managing social media accounts on various platforms
• Creating engaging content
• Developing a social media strategy
• Supporting the conceptualisation, preparation and design of a new concept
• Developing storytelling and collecting history
• Analysing trends and responding to new developments

WHO YOU ARE 😁

• You are following a relevant course at MBO or HBO level, for example in Marketing, Communication, Multimedia Design or Concept Development
• You are creative, proactive and results-oriented
• You have an affinity with social media and know how to make optimal use of different platforms
• You are good at writing texts
• You are interested in design, storytelling and concept development
• You can work both independently and in a team
